Airdrop don’t work. It give me an error

Sounds like a issue with OpenIntelWireless, update your kexts, provide logs or any information providing more details. Otherwise I would file a bug report on their GitHub page.

I've update kexts but still not working. my iPhone sees dell on airdrop, but when I send a file for example, it doesn't arrive

I currently do not have macOS on my laptop nor a iDevice to test AirDrop, Follow the steps on this GitHub issue and see if anything helps.

I do not have any devices to test AirDrop with so I'm not sure

Does it support Apple's Continuity Framework (Airdrop, HandOff) Only Handoff and Universal Clipboard works with AirportItlwm, other features are not supported.

Note: Handoff only works in one direction in macOS Monterey (from mobile devices to Mac) due to the broken bluetoothd newly ported from iOS.

I have yet to successfully get airdrop working, but have had to halt progress on figuring out as I no longer own this exact model of laptop.
