In 0.92.2 the "Add centered guides to page or selection" feature doesn't work properly

What you can do as a workaround would be to:

• set document units to px
• set 'scale' to 1 (this will shrink the contents of your drawing - make sure you make a note of which size it needs to be, to be able to resize afterwards, as a group).
