How to cut the network params?

thx for this work, and now I think maybe I can cut some params, decrease the net structrue, in your opinions and experiments, Is the encoder or decoder more suitable for reduction? If I use a smaller resolution input（like 128） , is it necessary for me to keep the same number of downsamples（5 times）. This may reduce the late size, will it affect the results?
