UTF8 BOM is included in minified CSS

If using YUI Compressor, and one or more CSS Files are UTF-8 encoded with Byte Order Mark (BOM), then the BOMs are included in the minified CSS as well. The problem is that Browsers can't interpret the first CSS statement right after a BOM.
