addon won't show up in word

Hi, greetings! I know this is a relatively old plugin with no update. But I cannot help to raise an issue. I often encounter a situation: addon in ppt works well, but won't show up in word. By "won't show up", I mean there is this entry in com addon checkbox list, but when you check it and hit enter, there is just nothing appears on the ribbon. I like this addon very much, it brings much convenience, and I hope this issue may be fixed. Thanks!
