Added mail as social option

I think that email should also be available as a social option, so I added it.

The icon is not appearing for me, but the code F0E0 should be correct, according to Fontello.

The commented out icons just appears as question marks on my Mac, so I couldn't fixed that either.

I'm not very used to working with design, so would be great if you could confirm.

You'll need to update the font file to include the mail icon using fontello. The current one only has a subset of icons to improve load time.

This is fixed now, found out how to solve it. The calendar icon is the same, but the unicode got changed for some reason.

I'd take new screenshots with the mail icon, but my screen is to small to reach 2880x1922.
