Hmm that's an interesting one. I would definitely try removing and re-adding the joycons and/or trying on a different computer to confirm that it's not something strange about your environment....

Sometimes you may need to re-pair the joycons with your computer. It's also possible yesterday's windows feature update messed with things. Might want to check for a ViGEm update. On...
