Feature: Cli Watch - Events and Workflows Updates

Would be really cool to use the cli to watch the system for various things:

1. generally watch anything going through the system, with a filter, events, workflow progress, api calls, etc.
2. eventual events myEvent --watch - each time an event comes in, a new record shows up
3. eventual workflows myWorkflow --watch - each time a new workflow of this type starts or completes, a new record shows up
