Aircraft cannot perform the Rejected Take-off procedure and Speed Brakes fail to extend

Describe the bug

The aircraft doesn't successfully perform a Rejected Take off when TOGA is toggled. Also, the Speed Brakes fails to extend when the reversers are deployed even with the speed brakes armed. By pressing F1 to idle the throttles and deploy reversers doesn't happen either as the Autothrottle is still engaged and stays in TOGA mode which keeps the throttles moving, we have to manually disengage the A/T and then idle again to deploy reversers which is successful but the speed brakes don't extend.

Also, I don't know but the reversers feel too strong which feels like is overpowering the auto brakes.

Expected behaviour

For Auto Throttle: When in TOGA mode an RTO occurs the ACFT should disengage A/T automatically so that the pilot can deploy reversers. Speed Brakes should extend according to the conditions mentioned below confirmed by a pilot and a Boeing engineer.

Auto-Throttle should also disconnect when throttles are manually brought to idle and when the aircraft touches down.

For Speed Brakes: Condition 1 - Speed Brakes armed, deploy when both main gears down & throttle idle. Condition 2 - Speed Brakes unarmed, deploy when both main gear down & reverse engaged.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Spawn at any airport or directly on the runway or prepare for a flight.
  2. Perform a Rejected Take-off according to SOP.
  3. Observe the A/T not disconnecting when throttles are idle, Throttles not staying idle but staying in TOGA mode, Reversers not being able to deploy due to the A/T staying in TOGA and when reversers are deployed the Speed Brakes do not extend even when armed.

To be re-tested with proper procedure.

This issue is valid as confirmed by @V1ROTA7E , from when on the PFD in TOGA, THR REF goes into HOLD and I performed a RTO and thrust levers were idled they should stay idle and not maybe I would say in the THR REF mode in which it puts it into take off power and also the spoilers should still extend if reversers are whenever deployed.

Thank you
