Add --no-pack build option

I want to use Nextron combined with the electron-builder github action https://github.com/marketplace/actions/electron-builder-action, but the github action run internally build command from package.json. So the action is running twice electron-builder command, I want to avoid packing option with something like.

nextron build --no-pack
