Can we have a .sls file for spybot anti-beacon?

@dstensnes sure, do you care to provide it? I will merge it in if you supply it after having tested it yourself.

I do not have a working salt stack set up at the moment, nor do I have a working windows. I was just considering using this to bootstrap new windows machines in the future. I don't think I will have the time do this right now, as I am quite busy at work. I just felt that this should be on the list, since many people would install this anyway.

I'm sorry I couldn't be more forthcoming here, I just have to face reality i guess.
