[feature-request] GPG encryption support for secrets

Hi,

Can we have gpg encryption support for secrets in .pepperrc? Currently we use ldap, and I don't like the concept of storing your AD password out in the open in .pepperrc. Would be glad if i can pick up this implementation :)
