Release-Tasks.mdThis is in NO WAY finished, but is as far as I have been able to get for an issue template to use for release tasks, thus far.
Pain point is currently communication that was automated some what and needs to be updated and broadened: https://github.com/saltstack/oss-release
docs obviously need updating https://docs.saltproject.io/en/latest/topics/development/conventions/release.html - likely these do not need to be part of the versioned salt docs, but could live in a distributed doc here: https://gitlab.com/saltstack/open/docs this link is likely to change, but currently this is where the pipeline lives for docs and other non-salt docs
