Fix for issue #54

Adds basic functionality to create a keystore at /etc/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.keystore if one does not already exist.

@colin-stubbs could you take a look at the travis errors, looks like the path of the binary is wrong maybe it should be adjustable per OS.
