Problem entering date by URL
It is impossible to use dates from the QueryString to autofill dated forms
When selecting a Full Calendar date, for example, in the URL it places the date correctly, but in the date input it subtracts the 3 hs of UTC (-03:00) of Argentina
Apparently the problem comes in how the dates are formatted, by UTC. but I can't determine what the solution would be, and I don't know if the database is set to UTC -03:00 in my case, or UTC 0

It is a problem that I had been ignoring for a long time, but due to lack of time I always opted for alternative solutions and they were of little implication. But now I find that I have to put together an app that manages dates, and this is a real headache
We recently did some work on this, is it fixed if you upgrade to 1.1.3 or 1.1.4-beta.X?
