• 时间选择的表单现在只可以展示固定的格式：2021-06-01，而且无法选择秒，希望可以支持展示不同的格式，例如2021/01/01
• 时间选择现在文档里标注只支持选择到分，无法选择秒，希望可以支持选择秒
