Webhook Not Working

I setup webhook for All incoming whatsapp but no Response receive on webhook url. is there any issue ?

I have the same issue can you properly describe how we can use webhook?

My branch, I don't know what happened, stoped working. Since last week, I was consuming my hook locally, without any problem. But, one day after, this hook stoped work. Just locally. If on env file, I point to some hook service, it work normally.
