How to change profile picture of all connected instances at once?

I am getting an internal server error whenever i try to change profile picture, of one or more instances.

Anyone who is successfully doing it? can help?

How do you get 'your id' value in this? Is it different for different instances?

The id is the phone number with the country code. Yes its different for different instances as the phone numbers are different for each of them.
