Restore code coverage to 95%

Upgrading to vitest v4 in #5561 reduced our code coverage percentage because the coverage calculation changed. To upgrade the dependency, our code coverage thresholds were slightly reduced (93/89/93/90% instead of 95%). We should add a few more tests so that we can increase the threshold back to 95%.
