Add a 'name' field to the ShadowSupportModePayload

https://github.com/salesforce/lwc/pull/3980 adds reporting for shadowSupportMode but logs the constructor name under tagName to avoid having to make changes to our o11y schema in patch. This should really be migrated to its own field name, or tagName should be refactored to name to be a more generic identifier for our reports.
