Couldn't access the main landing page

I read the whole READ.me file, i cloned the repository in my local IDE and wanted to access the main landing page of the website in my local server/host(was expecting this ' https://react.lightningdesignsystem.com/ '). But after running all the dependencies and got this site: Screenshot (33)

I wanted to add some Features and make the UI better & more responsive. Please help me out in this.

This is not a website. Its a library for react implementation of the Salesforce LDS. The page you are seeing is a storybook. it renders all the components that this library offers.
