Current behavior

The paginator plugin cannot be used with an EntityState that also has ActiveState.

Expected behavior

ActiveState should work for EntityState when the paginator plugin is used.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

It is desirable to use active state for entitystates to keep track of current active object. The server side pagination is also required as there are tons of entities in the DB.
