How to get Complaints data ?

Is it possible to get the data from the Complaints (or Spam Complaints) table with the API ? image

Hello, I'm a little late to help, but here it's:

My suggestion would be to create a Data Extension and populate it with SQL on Automation Studio. Collecting the information that you need. Then, use the Marketing Cloud SDK to GET and read the data from the DE.
