Include UserAgent and IpAddress information in Tracking Events

We need the UserAgent and IpAddress information to be included with every click and open so that we can we can filter clicks by known email verification systems like baracuda. Currently we can only get this data via a tracking extract in the journey builder. But since we are using the SDK to get click data, we would like the ability to include UserAgent and IPAddress properties with every click
