Cannot change Year on date popup in Advanced Search

For a date field, the calendar popup doesn't allow the year to be changed.

Issue

The calendar popup works correctly on editViews but not on advanced filter.

Expected Behavior

The year input field should be focused and changes allowed.

Actual Behavior

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open advanced search
  2. Click on a calendar icon
  3. Try to change the year in the Year input field.
