Graphic Issue search view after 7.14 upgrade

• SuiteCRM Version used: 7.14
• Browser name and version (e.g. Chrome Version 51.0.2704.63 (64-bit)): Chrome 116.0.5845.182
• Environment name and version (e.g. MySQL, PHP 7): PHP 8.2.10
• Operating System and version (e.g Ubuntu 16.04): Linux

Steps to Reproduce

1. Simply search anything.

Look like it come from smarty ($app not working ?) he don't load the $app string I believe. Happen with any language.

Happens also on the demo so It's not from my personal environment : https://suite8demo.suiteondemand.com/#/home/unified-search?query_string=test 1

Hey there, deeply sorry far the extreme late reply, I completly forgot this issue.

Can confirm the fix proposed work. Crazy to see the teven in the latest version its still not fixed (7.14.3 - 8.5.1)

For now I applied manually the fix proposed
