Auto Archive stops, goes into disabled state, also credentials disappear for some users
When starting SuiteCRM and Outlook, emails start auto-archiving, but then stop without warning, Log file says auto-arching is disabled. Also, when some users close and reopen SuiteCRM and Outlook to get Auto-arching to resume, In some cases, the Outlook Plug-in URL and User credentials are blank and have to be re-entered every time.
Issue
<We are using SuiteCRM Outlook Add-In v3.0.9.8 in Outlook version 16.0.0.11929, Auto-archiving: ON, Logging level: Debug. The Outlook add-in settings on the Credentials tab include the URL, Username, and password. Archive tab settings are set to "include Custom Modules", "Show Confirmation Message", and "Show SuiteCRM Records in Right Click Menus". Auto Archive tab settings are checked for Archive Mail received and Archive Mail sent by the user. Only Inbox and sent folders are selected. Automatically Archived from 11/1/2019. Synchronization tab is set form Outlook to SuiteCRM. On information tab Log Level is "Debug".>

<FIx the Auto-Archive function so that it does not stop randomly. Also, provide a warning if Auto-Arching does stop and provide a resolution.>
Context
This type of behaviour often happens when the Outlook plugin can not save/access the configuration file of the plugin which is stored in the AppData of the user.
