[8.5.0] Edit newletter campaign - will cause the selected email template preview to be empty

Issue

The selected email template will look empty if you re-launch the wizard.

Expected Behavior

The email template preview should show the selected email template

Actual Behavior

The email template preview is empty. see screen shot. This is the same behaviour as in 7.14.2

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Campaign with selected email template.
2. Relaunch the wizard to edit the campaign.

Context

Depending on the list of email templates but it is very annoying bug.
