Steps to reproduce the problem

1. GO to create webhook page
2. In the Subscription Query area click show GraphiQL explorer and scroll down
3. Click add new subscription
4. Then click on the 'plus' button Current result: The page will reload and selected subscription is missed Expected result: Page is not reloading and it is possible to select subscription

What did you expect to happen?

Page is not reloading and it is possible to select subscription
