500 when I put incorrect webhook url

  1. Install slack app
  2. Go into details
  3. In the configuration webhook area paste incorrect URL ex. https://hooks.slack.com/services/T00000000/B00000000/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  4. Click save button Current result: User gets popup with confirmation "Configuration updated successfully" but it is not
