Excluding certain folders?

This is by far an awesome context menu addition.

Is there anyway to exclude certain folders from being filtered/sorted?

For example, i want to sort the random files in my downloads and documents excluding those that certain programs rely on

Ex: Sort all files excluding "Rockstar Games", "Among Us" folders.
