Date of copied file is the copy date, not the file date

If I copy a file that was created two days ago to the samba share (via the Workbench or via the Shell with copy .. clone), the date of the destination file is set to now. However it should be the date of the source file, in this example two days ago.

This would be very helpful to recognize and organize the files on the share at a later time.
