Another quicker option is to add two fields for the imported proxy list: Username: Password: Specifically for the proxies from the imported list, not as existing fields for accessing the list file itself. And make these fields additional fields with the ability to turn them on/off.
I understand your frustration for the lack of functionality but creating a generic interface for this is not an easy task And since I'm not sure how widely used this is going to be, for now I'm parking this request.
Question for you, how would you feel to write a javascript function to parse your custom format?
