[Feature Request] Export rules + Sort rules

There's no option to actually export rules (besides a full backup) but only the option to import rules. That doesn't make much sense imho.

Please add the option to export rules independently.

Plus please add the option to actually sort rules. Otherwise they can get quite cluttered and confusing in the long term.

@salarcode Same issue. I have 100+ rules, they are already mountains of sh*t and need sorting functions.

@salarcode It'd be awesome if the rules could be exported in GFWList (ABP Filters) format.
