Turn header into a hamburger menu in small screens

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are currently too many links in the header so with mobile devices the header is broken: Screenshot 2021-05-14 at 11 52 22

Describe the solution you'd like Create a hamburger menu that replaces the "normal" header menu when the screen is too small to fit all the links.
