camera button enable and disable

i have camera with two button. one button is enable the camera and other one is disble the camera . i want to know which methods call while pressing the button. because when i open camera activity , i get video preview but if back and reopen it i dont get camer preview . if i disconnect or press the disble camera button and egtain press the camera enable button i get camera preview
