Add Option (swipeMaxDistance) to limit swiping distance

Add swipeMaxDistance and swipeFrictionEasing, swipeMaxDistance to limit distance, swipeFrictionEasing to control friction effect.

There is a problem that i have no idea how to deal with the side that has multiple actions, maybe set swipeMaxDistancePx to the totalWidth for visibleAction?
