Add-on in trey in sheet after installing

Hi, I have a user who installs extension for the specific document but extension shows in grey on the list of installed addons.

It works for other users in the domain without issues.

  • Windows 10
  • Chrome up to date
  • reinstalled extension
  • Made sure if has permissions to file
  • This is first time user is interacting with it

I would appreciate extra help with troubleshooting this.
