Add HW mixer controls for the Pro Audio profiles

PipeWire exposes a Pro Audio profile, which has disabled HW mixers by design.

This means that to support changing maximum sound volume without workarounds using other profiles within pwvucontrol for this profile, HW mixer controls have to be added.
