Add notification when changes are saved

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be good if when you save the changes in the panel, there is some notification that the changes were actually saved.

Describe the solution you'd like I think you could display some toast or alert? (Bootstrap might help). Right now it's so cluttered that it's impossible to see if the changes were actually saved.
