[Enhancement] Decrease active indent guide opacity

Currently the active indent guides have 100% opacity which is quite harsh. Toning them down to around 50% is also enough and fits better with their default opacity within the theme.

They can be adjusted with:

"editorIndentGuide.activeBackground3": "#ffffff",
