Auto hide dock and/or vertical bar [feat]

Description Hide it when an app "collides" with the vertical bar. And show it again when the cursor goes to the screen borders.

Additional information I'm a total lua, awesome and picom noob so i don't really know if this is possible, so don't mind if it isn't.
