provide EXIF title and comment in "Simpler EXIF data output"

I think it'd make a great deal of sense if we could access both the title and the description easily. Then we could display the title and description when showing an image.

I'm not sure there are well defined EXIF tags for title and description, do you know which ones should be used ? Then it should be easy to add.

hm. http://www.exiv2.org/tags.html lists Exif.Image.ImageDescription.

gThumb seems to use smth else. Exiftool shows the metadata, but I cannot tell which exact Exif tag is being used. Let me attach a jpg modified with gThumb to include a title and description.
