BUG DESCRIPTION

Patchmanager's wiki page Debugging 64-bit issues appears to be outdated: Most of its content seems to be stale and addressed by the 32- / 64-bit (and vice versa) mangling.

Still it might make sense to briefly denote when, why and how to extend the mangle list, after removing all outdated information.

Read "Debugging 64-bit issues" and compare with, e.g., lines 81 to 161 of pm_apply.
