The themeColor button occasionally stops working after switching pages.

The themeColor button is highly likely to become non-functional after switching to other pages (such as the posts page, About, or Archive). The specific behavior is: after switching pages, clicking the themeColor button does not bring up the float panel, and no errors are shown in the console.
