test-tool: add ALUA related test cases

I'm trying to test Linux LIO target ALUA support, and have no idea where to start given that my favourite iSCSI test tool (libiscsi) doesn't do anything ALUA related.

Given that test-tool already has basic support for multipath I/O, it'd be great if ALUA test support could also be implemented on top of that.
