only downloading VTT files. videos are not downloaded

The downloaded playlist.m3u contains names of the MP$ files to be downloaded. but it only downloads vtt files

Did you try to download it with Course Type = Old?

  • Set course type = Old
  • Reload the course page then try to download again

Let us know if worked.

Had the same problem and tried the steps you mentioned. But it did not work. It starts with downloading video and vtt files but stops suddenly downloading the video files and proceed with downloading only vtt files. So, I had around 3 or 4 video files downloaded before this happened.

You may have to play around the Old and Latest options there inside of the extension. Please post if you still having issues after testing both.

It could be because "FREE' trial only gives you 200 hours .

does anybody tried with the paid version is it working ? i am having this issue too try setting it to old but issue continues
