Detailed update to documentation to include an updated table of contents, high level summary of what the application does and how it was created, perquisites needed for download, install section to show respective npm command for how to download the application, link to a video tutorial and list of task covered in that tutorial, and added noteli version command to command list. and commands table of contents.
