Integration: Microsoft Login / MS Graph API
- [x] Step 1 is to further refine this by coming up with more of an example that can be usable and extendable by Hackathon attendees.
- [x] Microsoft Login Integration.
- [ ] Microsoft Graph API integration example: The current candidate for the API integration example is to replicate something like the Google Drive integration example, but with OneDrive. This is tentative depending on how easy or hard it is going to be to get scope permissions from MS. Google hasn't been easy to deal with when it comes to Google Drive permissions for new apps, and hopefully MS would be easier to work with. Idealy the example should include e2e tests, including recorded fixtures (see test/teasting.md and the existing tests in test/e2e/... for examples).
This issue may need to get split into two issues, one for login by Microsoft, and the other a Microsoft Graph integration example, but before doing that we should still refine step 1, to see if we need to do so or not.

Need investigation on requirements including MS sign-off on OneDrive integration. Google requires 3rd party annual security reviews (by KPMG and such) to let apps have access to even list files in Google Drive or to open a read-only Google sheet. I am hoping to see a more new-app-friendly support from Microsoft.
