error with example file

Thank you for making your software available. I have tried to run the example script. I am using an M1 Mac OS 13.2.1.

When I run theoneal@MacBook-Pro ~/Finder-finder_v1.1.0 $ run_finder -no_cleanup -mf Arabidopsis_thaliana_metadata.csv --cpu 4 -out_dir $PWD/FINDER_test_ARATH --organism_model PLANTS --genemark_path /Users/theoneal/GeneMark/gmes_linux_64 -gml CCCCATGTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTCACCCTCCTAGGGCATGCTTTTATCCGCTCGGGCTAGTAAATCAGTTACCGACCGCA52160436 -g $PWD/Arabidopsis_thaliana.TAIR10.dna_sm.toplevel.fa -p $PWD/uniprot_ARATH.fasta -preserve 1> $PWD/FINDER_test_ARATH.output 2> $PWD/FINDER_test_ARATH.error

I get no output and the error file is

sh: docker: command not found sh: docker: command not found

What am I doing wrong?
